PBL 029 about to launch for 273,000? How do you know? Ah; I see it's got itself a number on the pipeline list

Also PBL 030? Presumably connected (both "Glasgow Commercial") Last week's update had a pipeline loan: "2 x commercial/industrial buildings near Glasgow. Value £790k, loan £553k. Commercials agreed and solicitors instructed". So although the total loan size is the same - £553k - the Valuation has increased to 1,135k. So that's a much nicer LTV isn't it?

It's encouraging to see there are three potential loans that have reached Stage 4.

It's ok but I now feel I've got to sit on top of the computer if I'm to have any chance of a bit of farm.
Last small one went in 6 minutes!

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Looks like the LTV difference depends which valuation you use. The 59% LTV for PBL029 is based on the current market value. The 90 day assumption value is £390k, which equates to 70% valuation. EDIT: section 18.14 of the VR implies that PBL029 is only half the building/s shown in the photograph.

One of the units though showed no rent, did anyone understand why?

I was out for the evening so missed out. Why can we not have a limit on bid size for the first day like most of the other platforms do?
I know IT effort has centred around adding pictures recently, but I suspect bid limits would be overall better received.

Well in theory no IT effort required because they had a limit system when there were boat loans, so should just be a question of switching it back on
