During my time on Assetz to date, I've invested roughly similar amounts in all new loans I liked. I've reached a point where I'm being more selective because of the increased deal flow, and where I'm almost at the maximum percentage of my assets that I want invested on the platform.
I guess there must be a lot of others in a similar position, and that maintaining liquidity will require the recruitment of a lot of new lenders, on an ongoing basis.

There's availability on 35-40 loans this morning, including some quite chunky sums. Guess someone is liquidating / downsizing a fairly major portfolio.

Supply is exceeding demand atm (recent £6m and another £1.8m round the corner are the main culprits), result is the SM clogging up. Maybe increase the QAA individual cap to £75k (direct investment) and the global to £10m, would probably help soak up some excess.
How long ago were there complaints of limited supply? 4 weeks? 6 weeks? Shows how much of a fine balancing act supply/demand is.

From famine (post-Xmas) to feast currently across AC / SS / MT / FS (probably others too if I looked)

Just a bit inconvenient that they seem to be indulging in synchronised swinging at the moment .
