The Telegraph seems to have re-enabled its 20 article monthly limit recently after a short lived trial 12 months or so ago. They are achieving this via a cookie and hence the limit can be reset by deleting the cookie. For those using Firefox, there is a useful addin addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/remove-cookies-for-site/ which when installed allows you to right click on a web page and select "Remove cookies for site". Hey-presto (in my case 42) Telegraph cookies deleted and access to the Telegraph articles once more.
