Welcome to the forum.
Don't hesitate to ask questions: there's usually an answer or two readily offered.
Remember the forum rule about not mentioning borrower's actual names: the loan number is enough to identify them to anyone who has registered with the relevant platform, although many people still like to play the asterisk game as well.
