Had 4 orders matched last night but no e-mail notifications received. Just checked my preferences and they still indicate that I should get notification of matched orders.
I also appear to have had a loan repay this morning also without any notification.
Anyone else having notification problems?

I had exactly the same experience as you, spiral - three missed email notifications of loans on the same evening, and another yesterday morning. I wrote to ratesetter, but the reply said that there was no known problem.

I had two matches without notification on Monday, but they have subsequently been coming through OK, so I didn't think too much about it 'till I noticed this thread.

I'll asked on Friday, but I've been getting the email notifications so there isn't a customer-wide blanket problem. But if there are multiple queries coming into Customer Services then they are more likely to be able to detect a pattern.

Hi there, it seems there was an issue. It was related the volume thresholds which we surpassed for the first time and so not everyone was impacted (and at first hard to see exactly who). It was being worked on Friday and I think it is now fixed, or will be shortly. They might not be able to back-send, not that that would be useful, but going forward should be good. @ westonkevRS

Haven't been receiving new order emails for over a week now. Seems clear there's still a tech problem.

.... but it isn't a "customer-wide blanket problem" since I received one overnight, and my Mrs received one this morning.
