Apologies for the confusing email subject. The subject should have read '3 x Property bridging loans complete/drawdown'.

It's these types of delays and lack of communication that make me worried about putting any money with them....

For those champing at the bit, the payment run has just started. zzr600, I'm really not sure what you are expecting from the platform, for a small team providing regular updates, high interest returns paid monthly, acknowledging glitches and aiming to improve what more could you want? I am quite certain that if you put your loan parts up for sale they would go in minutes, so you should have no problem selling out.

Mine's being going up in chunks. All there now. I hadn't realised PBL033 had drawn down , good to see it has and the interest is there.
No problems for me. Happy.

The money we have invested is not protected by any scheme, so simply, I get rather nervous when things don't happen when they're meant to happen (e.g weekly update that isn't really a weekly update) or interest payments occurring at irregular times (how robust is the process if it needs manual intervention?).

Having an idea of what costings are required to set up a fully automated work-flo system, I very much doubt that any lending site has one in place and there will be parts that need to be pushed manually. That said, even fully automated multi-million pound work-flo systems have delays and I wouldn't say it affects how robust the process is though.
I hear you about being nervous about it when it isn't on time and I imagine we all are.
