Morning ,
Am I correct in assuming that the date for "last updated" only takes into account information added in the overview , not q and a ?
cheers

No, AFIK its the most recent overview update, or answered question, or asked question.

No, AFIK its the most recent overview update, or answered question, or asked question. Not so sure about the Q anymore, 129 is currently at the top of the 'last updated' list (last update 30th Apr) with a Q on 29th and A on 30th, but there is an outstanding Q asked today (1st) @9:50am which is currently unrecognised by the system.

No, AFIK its the most recent overview update, or answered question, or asked question. Thought originally it was only going to be for AC updates with Q&A ignored. Obviously not.

If recall same happened on, I think #164, last night, Q on 30th but last update said 29th until answered today. So maybe theyve reduced to just AC postings, whether they be, updates, As or docs, to eliminate some of the confusion it has generated

I think Pepperpot is correct and it is just for AC updates - however the reason I asked is that it does not always appear to be that way , probably another glitch that needs sorting !

There was an error which was showing an update even if nothing had changed as it was reacting to drafts as well as posted info. Up until yesterday lender Qs triggered a last update change, currently this doesnt appear to be happening, by design or not we wait to see!

I'd prefer to be alerted when there's either an AC update, a question or an answer as the updates can sometimes be quite old, with much more recent activity in the Q&A. I don't mind looking in both places.

I'm personally happy for it to remain AC content - both loan updates and question responses - but not lender questions. Otherwise, the useful new updates would be lost amongst the frustration venting and unanswerables that many of the questions seem to be. Even as it stands, there is a mixture of understandably non-committal and but also less-than-helpful AC replies to sift through when looking at the recently updated loans.

I agree that AC answers are important also , it would be good to be aware of updates to both . In an ideal world to differentiate would be good

I just want to praise 1 the feature, which saves an awful lot of wasted effort (or missing out on important developments because of fatigue) 2 the quality of the updates from AC
I myself disagree about showing questions as an update, they won't often convey information, and anyway there will soon be an update when the answer is posted.

Unless of course the question raised stimulates further research by other lenders and the discovery of significant information sooner than it would otherwise have emerged (if at all!).

Unless of course the question raised stimulates further research by other lenders and the discovery of significant information sooner than it would otherwise have emerged (if at all!). OK but it would double the number of visits to the loan q&a, so fatigue comes into play. And most likely being before. the loan is actually available when most questions arise it's not so urgent
