Thanks for the replies
So Mods/admin where does this leave us in regards forum rules on identifying borrowers - I assume the links to the loan pages are ok, do we still need to redact the general update and can we post links to articles about loans which identify the borrowers eg the Hull development?

I think this was pointed out in the beta phase of the new website. Yes, I pointed it out in the first days of the beta testing site, and one of the mods said he was going to contact savingstream directly about it, but as SS haven't commented on it and the website has been launched with open access to all the valuation and loan particulars docs I think we have to assume that oldgrumpy is right - it's deliberate. Incidentally, on Friday that resulted in putting the PBL068 borrower's mobile phone number in the public domain, as they first posted the valuation doc without redacting sensitive information from page 26, which included his mobile number! So if anyone wants to ask him any questions directly . . . . Edit: Quoted the wrong doc.

It was pointed out that it existed in the beta release. mrc made a good post on this, though I can't recall when/where. ilmoro: The mods would have to discuss but personally I would be quite uncomfortable with doing anything other than redacting on this forum. And I have to wonder how long SS will continue to put things in the public domain and whether they might both regret and reverse that decision.

In case anyone missed it, Pebble 26, seems to have been extended by 4 months (maybe 6 backdated). Cant see any details of the promised additional security anywhere on site. Also no indication of how the interest is being covered. savingstream? Might warrant a Q on the site from someone.

I seem to recall that we were promised an update last Monday. Did anyone see one? My ISP is playing silly bu88ers with their spam filters so mine could have gone astray.

I always find it is best to take what SS say on this forum as a indication of their desire (one that they may well change, implement without any further info or forget about) rather than a full commitment.

Update email received this afternoon states that new loans below £1m will in future be "allocating funding from the bottom upwards as some of these loans are more than ten times oversubscribed".
I presume this means everyone with a pre-fund target will receive the same allocation unless they have asked for less, in which case they'll receive their requested figure in full (as per the Assetz Capital approach)

Your suggestion sounds sensible, but I couldn't conclude that from what they'd written. Nor was it clear how the "new prefunding limits, based on the sum of your portfolio, plus cash on account" would be set. And finally it wasn't totally clear which pipeline loan the "Land in Essex" that they said will go live today referred to either ... the storage facility?
