Anyone seen an update for the London loans - no update since May that I can see on the private portal? Use lendy.co.uk/(the name of the road in dfl017 with a dash instead of a space)
No updates since May on there though

Am I right in thinking that there have been no 'monthly' loan updates since 13 Jan 2020? Unfortunately, my particular interests are DFL001 and DFL002 - model 1 loans. Back in late October they were supposed to be 'hoping to conclude matters soon'. Appears to be meaningless twaddle, in other words par for the course.   |

Am I right in thinking that there have been no 'monthly' loan updates since 13 Jan 2020? Unfortunately, my particular interests are DFL001 and DFL002 - model 1 loans. Back in late October they were supposed to be 'hoping to conclude matters soon'. Appears to be meaningless twaddle, in other words par for the course. They are now only issuing them when there is something specific to say about a recovery.

All charges pertaining to DFL002 have been marked satisfied which suggests something has occurred. Furthermore new charges have been registered against the commercial units which suggests the borrower has refinanced in some form. As this is a model 1 loan there will be no distribution until matters pertaining to Lendy administration are concluded. That said as there are security charges on behalf of SSSH is Model 2, things, as ever with Lendy, are complicated.

can someone remind me of the 'private portal' for Lendy ? (by PM is obviously fine) I'm confused: I've been logging into the original site on the odd occasion. I only have a small number of loans, but I can't see updates on them (yes I know that may be because there haven't been).
For the record, I have
dfl012 - liverpool dockside disaster
dfl04 - round yellow thing shining out of ....
dfl01
dfl005 - can't see the wood for the .....

Do you mean the individual portals for specific loans set up to communicate information to just investors in those loans? If so, they are on the loan page, link just above the tabs for activity, particulars etc and will work if you are logged in and a holder of the loan. That said there are no updates on any loan in the last 18 months or more. All information is conveyed via emails or in the admin reports but is very limited when it comes to individual specific loans. DFL012 - as per last admin report, small sum outstanding from recovery and other avenues being pursued (portal for this one - last updated Aug 19) DFL004 - sale pending, but dealing with legal challenges has delayed (no portal) DFL001 - sold, no further recoveries possible, M1 so part of the general Lendy estate (No portal) DFL005 - sold, not distributed due to legal challenges, next steps unclear (no portal) If you want more detail, then LAG FB is your best chance

Do we have a date or timescale before the Joint Administrators will make the application to Court to approve the Protocol so that we can receive the remainder of money owing to us?

I got out of most (around £40K at peak, so consider myself very lucky) of my Lendy loans (gambles??) several months before the crash, but I still have a few hundred in each of DFL1, DFL2 and DFL17.
Now, I recall that there is nothing ever to be gained from 1 & 2, but I kind of lost track of what was happening with 17 - can someone refresh my memory please?
