lobster The last update that was emailed out was on the 17 June, and I posted a copy up thread. There has not been an emailed update since AFAIC, but yesterday they updated the loan statuses on site, on each loan page under the recent updates tab. cooling_dude , ilmoro 's table contains a list of all the SS updates, but he hasn't linked to some of the more recent ones posted within this thread. In edit: ah...... wrong sort of list! Meaning to get round to adding the last couple. Now done including 11/5 which hadnt been posted.

Started trawling bottom up through Live Loans updates to see what's occuring - seems the updates on the pages for 55/57 are the same - guess which is right ! Both, same borrower, same exit strategy, bought out by a fund ilmoro thank you for maintaining your excellent update summary. To avoid further confusion with PBL055 and PBL057, it might be helful to add Saving Stream's update to PBL057 - Land with planning - Scotland: " Borrower has agreed a sale for £6,000,000. On an option agreement for 12 months. The buyer will pay Saving Stream interest quarterly in advance for up to 12 months." Thank you Previous updates were talking about selling only the Scottish land for circa £5m. There are two possible interpretations of the latest updates: a) the borrower has agreed an option to sell both the Scottish and the Welsh land together for a total of £6,000,000. b) the borrower has agreed an option to sell only the Scottish land for £6,000,000.

I need to go back and do another sweep as some of the updates werent there yesterday when i updated becuase of a glitch. Interesting point, personally I think its b) as the original plan for the Welsh land was land banking while a neighbouring site was developed. ilmoro .. couple of typos in your table ... you have PBL120 listed as 220, and PBL092 (which I believe shares a borrower) has the 'r' in front of the number whereas all the others have the letter behind. Excellent work, none-the-less. 8>.

They're both in Somerset... Actually, harryvederci may have a point. A quick look at the valuation report shows the borrower for PBL064 is "AGRICULTURAL P********* LIMITED", and that the property is occupied by Argri F****** Ltd. On the valuation report for PBL056 the borrower seems to be the company that part occupies the above property (Argri F****** Ltd). Both these companies are connected by a common director, so it does seem they are connected.
