No sign of an email update from SS, so I've just waded through them on site and reproduce the list here. If they do email out anything further I'll add it to this post. Have highlighted in Blue some of the ones that seemed noteworthy to me. Some of these have already been noted on various threads.
General Update email arrived with me 15:12 on 28/07/2016, and the only additional bit is that below in purple
"PIPELINE LOANS
PBL124 - H**** B** C****, Kent - Likely to go live early next week.
Arboretum - Awaiting repayment of mansion house. Expected imminently. "

EXISTING LOANBOOK
PBL006 -We are talking to the borrower and he is expecting to be able to repay us near the end of term.
PBL019 - Still in legals; we are in discussion with the buyers lawyers.
PBL020 - There are various interested parties who are considering making bids on the site. We are discussing with local planners and interested stakeholders to identify potential other uses so as to reduce as much as possible the speculative risk from a planning perspective. This will make the site more attractive for potential buyers in the long run.
PBL026 - The buyer has received offers of refinance, valuers going in soon.
PBL027 - They have received an equity investment in the project which is being used to pay our interest whilst they arrange further equity investment or refinance by mid September. All on track, will probably need another month extension from August to September.
PBL031 - The borrower has paid us the interest and fees for a short 2 month extension whilst they wait for planning to be granted.
PBL033 - Major bank has offered development finance; they are now going through the process of agreeing the details with the main contractor which should take a few months to finalise. In the meantime, we are discussing extending the loan until the bank are ready to provide the refinance subject to them paying us the interest and extension fees.
PBL035 - Waiting on repayment of PBL58 in order to fund the extension of this loan for 6-12 (TBD).
PBL036 - Buyer found who will repay our loan. Currently being valued.
PBL037; PBL038; PBL039; Full repayment expected over the next couple of weeks.
PBL040 - Met with the borrower last week, expecting refinance from Cambridge and Counties Building Society imminently.
PBL042; PBL046 - No change.
PBL047; PBL 048 - Repayment expected on time and at the end of the loan term.
PBL 051; PBL052 - On course to refinance within the agreed loan term.
PBL 054 - In legals, working on the structure of the loan.
PBL055 - In legals.
PBL056 - Refinance with Barclays still underway. Borrower advised next week hopefully, depending on the lenders legals.
PBL057 - In legals, same as PBL055.
PBL058 - Expected repayment of the mansion house today - We have been advised by the borrower. In legals, our lawyers are talking to each other.
PBL062 – Customer now agreed to sell the property rather than refinance. Buyer found, legals instructed. Cash buyer so shouldn't take too long.
PBL063 - Borrower retaining this part of the property and is continuing with the refinance.
PBL064 - We have regular contact with the borrower, he is going to sell the property in order to repay our loan. He is a finance broker so has good lender contacts if repayment is needed through refinance as well.
PBL065 - No change.
PBL066/067 - Borrower expected to repay on time via refinance. (Looks like the DFL isn't going to happen)
PBL068 – No change
PBL069/070/071 - Broker advises a couple of weeks still to repay.
PBL073 - Planning permission application was turned down for residential. This was expected by the borrower and he has already submitted his appeal which is expected to be granted in January.
PBL074 - Still in legals to purchase.
PBL075 - They are raising the repayment funds from another asset and have advise repayment expected within a couple of weeks.
PBL077; PBL078; PBL079; PBL080 -The borrower is refinancing away from us, currently waiting on the offer then will instruct legals. We are waiting to see a copy of a new CBRE valuation now the site has been rezoned.
PBL081 - We are expecting repayment within the next week or 2.
PBL082; PBL084; PBL085 - No change
DFL02 - We have received new visualisations for the apartments which look great; the build is ahead of schedule again. They will be made available asap.
DFL01 - Build progressing on schedule.
PBL086; PBL088; PBL089; PBL090; PBL091 - No change
PBL092 - All units have sold and deposits are being taken.
PBL093 - We will release the 2nd tranche of this loan via the pipeline to allow all investors a fair chance of entry.
PBL094 - We are expecting indicative offers from buyers by the end of the month.
PBL095 - Waiting on an update from the broker.
PBL096 - No change
PBL097 – no update from SS

PBL 104 - The borrower is struggling to raise the deposit. We will probably cancel this loan next week if there is no movement.
