For reference - Lendy Ltd does not have any creditors or debt other than to our SS investors as shown on the platform. Re the "Trust" structure. Clarke Willmott are currently reviewing our T & Cs in conjunction with Grant Thornton in readiness for implementation of the new structure. It is actually quite complicated to move from one existing model to another, hence the delay, but we are almost there. Excellent news. I'm quite prepared to double or triple my current investment in SS as soon as the Trust structure is implemented. Yes same here

Excellent news. I'm quite prepared to double or triple my current investment in SS as soon as the Trust structure is implemented. Yes same here Hopefully this would produce a lot of SM activity, as I'd want to redistribute my SS investment more evenly among the loans available. I suppose I should be doing that already, but the fact that all my lending is to SS/Lendy at the moment has reduced the perceived necessity for me.

The reassurance on creditors here allied with mv's earlier post about the level of profits generated (which assuming sufficient retention will provide an adequate amount of equity capital) should mean that the accounts when released will enable me to increase my lending to SS.
I have previously seen talk of SS moving to a "Trust" structure; I await the details so I can assess how it impacts counterparty risk.

I too would increase my investment in Savingstream if I felt confident the 'risk' to my money had been reduced.

I love the simplicity of 'Savingstream' and the liquidity of the Secondary Market, but the fact that all investments go to 'Lendy/Savingstream' makes me very nervous. 'Eggs in one basket' springs to mind!!

So has anyone else noticed that in the saving stream dashboard, there is no "Contact" link, or any details about how to contact this company aside of a Twitter and FB badge?
I was actually trying to figure out how to sell on the secondary market. Maybe I'm not smart, but I couldn't see ho to do this while logged in. This led me to look for a contact link which I couldn't see either. Then I become somewhat alarmed thinking...what did I just invest in??

Its a minor quirk of the SS site ... the Contact Us link is only visible when you have logged out from the site, and are on the public facing webpages, which then takes you to this page : www.savingstream.co.uk/contact-usWe have suggested the link should be on the account pages as well, but with the website currently being totally rewritten (launch due in a small number of months) its unlikely to happen on this version.

I couldn't figure out how to do this from the dashboard Account menu (at top) - Dashboard Change to "Live Loans Parts" tab Click on the blue hyperlink on one of your parts On the resulting page, scroll down to find a box to say how much to sell, and a button to action it.

The contact details are on the sign in page at the bottom but aernt visible once youve logged in. Postal address, phone no & contact form, email is support@savingstream.co.uk To sell loan parts, go to your dashboard, click on view details and then the loan you wish to sell and the selling options areat the bottom of the page. Note that once you put a loan up for sale you earn no interest & the sales proceeds wont appear in your account until all a unit offered is all sold, annoying when someone leaves pence hanging. Any interest accrued is paid at end of month Crossed mrrclondon post

While logged in go to the home page by clicking on the Saving Stream logo at the top. When you want to go back to your account pages, just use your browser <back> button; it will take you back and you are still logged in.

I think a number of us were around when the SM launched so it seems like second nature. An FAQ has been suggested for the website relaunch, so figures crossed. To add to ramblin rose suggestion, you don't actually need to use your browsers back button, just click on 'log in' again and it will take you straight back to your account and the loan pages rather than presenting you with the log in page. A bit counter intuitive though!

I wouldn't bother contacting savingstream as they are unlikely to reply. Better asking any questions here.
