I wouldn't bother contacting savingstream as they are unlikely to reply. Better asking any questions here. That's not my experience though. They've pretty much always replied to my emails over the past year and a half or so (including one around a week ago), and on the whole in a very timely manner.

Sadly Rose your good experience doesn't make up for my poor one. This company wouldn't last p*****g time regarding customer service as far as I'm concerned.

Far more likely is they have replied, but their email response has been swallowed up by spam filters en-route to you. There is a well documented issue with plusnet hosted mailboxes not receiving the majority of SS emails, and periodic instances of others having missing emails. Unfortunately SS initially chose a email host that is predominatly used by spammers (Amazon AES), and appear to have been blacklisted by association of having sent emails through servers which send 99.99% spam. I have tried to assist SS with the troubleshooting given I use plusnet, but it really isn't clear what is happening.

mrclondon thanks for your input. However I always receive SS mails, notices of sales and withdrawals, newsletters ect.

My experiences has been hit and miss, sometime I get a reply other times don't, but the problem is always resolved quickly. In general SS could improve there communication but what I have seen of how they handle loans (which is the most important thing) seems impressive. As a future enhancement to the platform having an online chat would be a great new feature. Other sites have this and I find it very helpful and I am sure would remove some noise from this forum.

I neither received a reply or had the issue resolved. For the most part I like SS and it has a good chunk of my P2P investments. However failure to respond to/resolve customer issues is a major no no IMHO.
