Good point, but a trawl of the internet did turn up a few auction sale results, and they were rather pricey.  Also, the auction prices seemed to be at or above the auctioneer's guide price, so that's encouraging.

The bottom line, however, is that to invest with FS you have to have faith that they know what they're doing and that their valuers do as well.  Obviously easier with a longer track record and more activity, so it's best to be cautious.
