Just trying to do my end of year self assessment and i was wondering if anyone knew where i find the losses on the data export?

Thanks /beastie I downloaded a full investment list (didn't put dates in) and then filtered the "Default_StartDate" column to get rid of blanks and then take info from "OutstandingPrincipal".
Depending on how long you have been investing (more than one tax year?) you can also filter for "OutstandingPrincipal" to compare that total figure with the figure that was given in the previous year to account for any repayments. Deduct the repayments from the figure for this year and you have the information that is needed.
Note the "Default_StartDate" also shows loans that you may have sold on the aftermarket (good way of seeing if your judgment was correct) so you cannot just use the information (OutstandingPrincipal) without weeding these loans out first otherwise you will be declaring greater losses than you have actually sustained.

Ah ok thank you. I will give that a go. This is my first SA tax return where i need to include bondora . I've read and read the post on here about what HMRC will accept so think i've got it correct  Just to double check my Income is Column N correct? I wouldn't use the 'investments list' for payments because again it falls into the trap of showing payments on loans that you have bought/sold in the year.
I have automated spreadsheets that produce the information from the account statement (it reads in names and countries for the loans I hold) so I have just done a couple of downloads to check what is currently available and it appears that the 'account statement' now links back up with the old information (it didn't when they brought it back) so 1. download an 'account statement' for the tax year and add filters ..... that way you can filter out interest and late interest payments (and fees)
2. download an investments list and in column AK you have the countries.
3. if you cut the names and countries from the investments list and add them to the account statement (cut out the columns that you don't need from both statements) and sort them by the name column you will get everything in order.
4. sort the sheet again, this time by country and you will have separated out payments from each country!
You will probably end up with a few tabs running on the spreadsheet but if my experiment is anything to go by it should take half an hour tops!
Oh yes Exchange rates you should convert on a daily basis. If you use Excel you can use 'vlookup' and the numbers I have posted below to do daily conversions ....... (use 'data' ....text to columns to split them up again)
