Increased Bonuses Available for Hampshire Land Loan
As the borrower wishes to draw down the loan as soon as possible the bonuses have been increased as follows:
The base interest, payable to all investors remains at 12%pa
For bids of £10,000 or more a bonus of 1% will be paid, totalling 13%pa
INCREASE: For bids of £25,000 or more a bonus of 3% will be paid, totalling 15%pa
INCREASE: For bids of £50,000 or more a bonus of 5% will be paid, totalling 17%pa
PLEASE NOTE:
These bonuses will be paid for both existing and new bids.
