Looks like my post crossed theirs. Not surprising really as my email works with two baked bean tins and a piece of string. A working knowledge of Morse code also helps. Such is life in West Wales.

Resurrecting this thread because, why not. fundingsecure , a few moans re: the NI renewal (it's been at least a few days since the last one ) 1) Launching a renewal of a 16% LTV loan with both bonuses listed (despite your email) and no restrictions is going to cause discontent once again. You could at least advise of how many people have ticked their renewal box to avoid people transferring thousands to achieve very little. 2) I'm unclear as to why you think any confusion could be caused by this loan being ranked ahead of another loan you have against the same properties. Stating the LTV as 30% rather than 16% doesn't reduce confusion, it increases it. 3) Your pdf valuation update attachment is broken - there's an extra f on 'pdff' ,although removing that doesn't seem to help either.

Shhh, I've managed to accumulate a lot of this loan.

C**********d would be more than sufficient

Under investment opportunities coming soon... 1464927608 Collection of Watches, Jewellery and a BMW Motorbike at 9% at 65.67% LTV
Most of us will welcome more bling, even if it is at 9%, but I don't like lumping in a motorbike too, especially considering (IIRC?) a previous motorbike default failed to realise the full loan amount. It's perhaps an easier way of shifting an asset that should really be 10-12% at a lower rate at this LTV. I hope this is not the start of a new trend.

To be fair there are mitigating factors: - Motorbike only accounts for 18% of the loan - The watches are Rolex and account for 72% of the loan - Full loan underwritten in the event of default I'll try and invest as I'm sure everyone else on FS will!
