Term has just gone negative (16:07 March 8th). Interest status changed from IOA to SBL.

From today's update with reference to the pipeline loan DFL-Phase One Pickering: "If you are an existing investor in PBL035 and do not want any additional investment in this loan, please adjust your pre-funding accordingly." I suppose that means my investment will roll into the new loan and I can add prefunding to increase my investment, zero prefunding = just a rollover ? is it me being dim or could this be a bit clearer

I suppose that means my investment will roll into the new loan and I can add prefunding to increase my investment, zero prefunding = just a rollover ? is it me being dim or could this be a bit clearer The blurb on the DFL page says: "It is necessary that we transfer existing investor's loan parts in PBL035 into the new loan...". So current PBL holdings will be rolled over into the DFL, unless SS change their mind.

Yes - the old rollover method. Increase pre-funding to increase investment. Leave at 0 and your DFLXXX investment will be the same as your PBL035 investment There is no opt out that SS offer, but in the past SS have bought the SM listings before the rollover occurs; as such, if you want to get out of PBL035/DFL place your loan parts on the SM when you get the "go live" e-mail
