PBL 36 was sold 2 weeks ago and is legal since then. Is it usual for it to be in legals so long?

Yep, some sort of update would be nice .. even if just to alter the 'days remaining' to something less scary than -7 months. 8<.
And legals can indeed take a couple of weeks or more .. but a couple or three months is pushing it.

This one appears to be back on the market for £370,000 (I don't think I'm allowed to post the link, but I'm sure with a bit of Googling you can trace it in the same way I did). Would seem its also on sale for 240 for the shops and 130 for the flat above. Note to estate agent - tidy up the kitchen before photographing it!  |
