Happy to add boards for them here if there's demand.

I'm keen for that section to become busier than it is. And I agree with shimself about Syndicate Room.

Anyone know of a forum for Equity Crowdfunders like Seedrs or Crowdcube? The answer to my question seems to be that the forum already exists - p2pindependentforum.com/#category-17 - but I never realized it was there. 1. It doesn't smack you in the eye. I have been a user of this forum for many months, but hadn't noticed 'Equities Sites' under the 'P2P Independent Forum' button. 2. Even once I had seen it, I didn't associate 'Equities Sites' as 'Equity Crowdfunding' It might have caught my attention if it was titled 'Equity Crowdfunding Independent Forum' instead. 3. When Assetzcapital went through Seedrs, there was much chatter - So I suggest a Seedrs board would be good if possible elljay4. According to Altfi www.altfi.com/data/indices/UKvolume, Crowdcube is 3 to 4 times the size and activity of Syndicate Room - So a board for Crowdcube would also be good. Then come the problem of making people aware of the existence of the Equity Crowdfunding board. Any ideas anyone? I find the main P2P Independent Forum a superb source of shared knowledge - well done to the moderators etc, I would love to see a similar knowledge exchange about Equity Crowdfunding.

I agree with that, but maybe it is better to concentrate the activity in a smaller number of places until it starts to take off. I think that Syndicate Room got its own thread because there was official interaction. There are big differences between Crowdcube, Seedrs and Syndicate Room, make sure you do your research.

Precisely. It was the main P2P board that helped me (and I suspect many others) understand the differences between the various P2P sites. I am keen for the same learning process on Equity Crowdfunding. I have opened a new thread to get this discussion going p2pindependentforum.com/thread/2727/important-differences-eq-sites
