Afternoon, Just to let you know that it is looking like loans FP386 to 390 (B******* R********), will repay towards the end of this month. Just received funds this afternoon with respect to the full repayment of B******* R******* (FP386 to 390). Since it is late on in the day, I will arrange for the loan to end tomorrow morning and funds credited back into lender's accounts around 8am. This will allow lenders to receive the interest for today and also so that the Things are on hand to process withdrawals (during working hours). Thank you to all those who participated in this loan. (I will send an email out in the morning to notify lenders when the repayment has been processed). Kind regards, Ed

Loan FP421 (£50,000 P****** R********** A tranche 1 of 10), has now been repaid. The total facility has therefore reduced from £950,000 to £900,000, reducing the LTV from 32.76% to 31.03%.

We had hoped to be able to coordinate the refinance of loans MTAI582 & MTAI583 by close of business today (as these loans are due to end tomorrow), however unfortunately that this was not achieved.
In all likelihood the refinance will complete on Monday, however we have just launched a further 7 day grace period for the loans which we have just placed on Pending (a fixed 7 days interest will be paid to lenders).
