Afternoon,
As picked up on another thread, we have just been requested the redemption figures for loans MTAG575 & MTAG563 (totalling £975,000 against land with planning in Bradford for student accommodation).
As such, it is likely this loan will redeem just before Christmas.

Just to let you know that MTAD503 (£10,000 against a 1964 Ford Mustang), will be ending on Monday and will be replaced by a new loan of the same value secured against two new cars which we will announce shortly (1999 Alfa Romeo Spider & 1974 MGB Roadster).

BPF621 Sutton Coldfield Loan - 6 month extension has just been launched on Pending to go live at 4pm on Thursday 12th.
For those who are already invested in the original loan BPF479, and wish to rollover their holding please do so before the end of tomorrow by ticking the option on either 'Pending Loans' (against BPF621), or 'My Loans' (against BPF479).

19th Feb - All CSP Pawn & Electronics - £930,000 - Renewing
22nd Feb - MTAF523 - Lamborghini Countach - TBC
24th Feb - RCC519 - Ferrari 458 Italia - £60,000 - 3 Month Extension
Renewals going up on Pending shortly.
