fundingsecure, many thanks for adding the "Planned Opening" column to the "Loans Coming Soon" list - Very useful! A thought: if it is too difficult to turn the loan reference numbers in the "Secondary Market History" (and "My Activity") entries into live links to the relevant loan page, as requested previously, could you please include the LOAN TITLE in your activity update emails, as well as the loan ref no.? That way we'd know what loan had been activated / completed / sold / etc without having to log in and look up the loan ref no. There should be no confidentiality problem with including the loan titles since they are already very generic (eg. "Property in Neath") Also (and even simpler to do, I hope), could you show the Loan Titles on the Secondary Market History page entries, as you already do on the My Investments History page?

thanks for the positive response to the date/time addition to loans coming soon.
For the other issues they are in the list of "things to be done" - along with a lot more!
We do listen to all suggestions and, where possible, we will add them to the growing list, which includes both adding functionality and further features to the site.
Please bear with us as every change, no matter how small it may appear on the outside, has to go through rigorous testing to ensure it works as expected under all circumstance and does not in any way compromise security.

Loans Needing Investment fundingsecure with loans now staying on the list for some time days or weeks , it would be really useful to be able to see at a glance which loans i have already invested in and how much without going into each set of details. The awaiting activation list in current investments is just as bad as the loan titles are not given.

And the removal of the text 'On our previous website, these were listed as "live loans" ' from that page is probably long overdue as well.

Hi forumites, anyone know best way of quickly getting the average total returns a lender has on his current FS portfolio? Looking for just the total average gross yield (forgetting defaults/losses etc) similar to what AC give you on the dashboard with Your Average Interest %. Used to keep tabs on this with an excel spread, been awol many months so my FS portfolio much changed & would rather avoid inputting all the individual data again. fundingsecure, if this feature isn't on the website at present could it be added (& if so roughly how long do you think it will take to get up)? A data download function onto xls would be useful too (& perhaps simple to add)?

I use the transactions download and then a pivot table to total by transaction type.

Hi. I am also new to FS. I like what I have seen so far, but would really like some indication on the "Available Investments" entries that I have already invested in a particular loan. This could either be the amount or simply a symbol. With many investments available I am continually comparing that list with "My Current Investments" to see if a new loan has appeared.

"Your Investment", as on the "My Current Investments" page) rather than the green credit-card symbol. It would also be helpful if the "Asset Value" column can be replaced by "% LTV", rather than us all doing mental gymnastics to remember what it is (or else having to click on the loans to check). Thanks.

I don't know whether it's really affecting loan funding, but here's another suggestion for fundingsecure that's become an issue this week... The display of the Available Loans defaults to 10 entries. Unless someone notices the note at the bottom of the list which, at the moment, says "Showing 1 to 10 of 11 entries", they may not realise that they're not seeing the complete list. For a relatively short but very important list, I wouldn't have thought it necessary or appropriate to impose the 10 entry limit. My suggestion would be to remove the drop-down box and always display all of the entries -- in the same way that the other two lists on that same page (Awaiting Activation and Coming Soon) do not appear to have limits set. If that's not deemed to be a suggestion worth implementing, could FS at least make the system remember users' settings when they return to the page and/or refresh it? I've lost count of the times that I've come back to that page and jumped to the conclusion that the loan at the bottom of the list must have become fully funded since my last visit/refresh because it had disappeared from the list -- only to discover that the list had reverted to 10 entries and I needed to reset it to a larger number in order to see the loan(s) at the bottom of the list. The follow-on loan that's now 11 th on the list appears to be struggling to find investors, while the other similar follow-on loan to the same borrower that's higher on the list seems to be doing much better at getting support. I haven't a clue whether FS investors have looked at both loans and really prefer one over the other, but having a loan missing from the list a lot of the time can't be helping its funding progress. (Of those two loans, one is 77% funded and the other is just 48% funded.)

They've been listening... Now just one page of 11 loans. Yes, indeed. The default list length for that page seems to have been changed to 50. Thank you, fundingsecure.

fundingsecure, can you please make the "All Active and Past Loans" table 'sticky' so that it remembers your view settings (as per the "Secondary Market - Investments For Sale" table)? Currently it reverts to "Show 10 entries" sorted by "Last Updated" every time you click on a loan and then go "Back to Previous Page". If you can set the default view to "Show 50 entries" (or 100) rather that 10, as you've recently done with the "Available Loans" table, that would also be handy! Thanks.

It is mildly irritating that "My Current Investments" and "My Investment History" are inconsistent with "Sell your Investments" and "Your Available Funds".
You talking to me?
