I'm still trying to make a go of AC. I'm still frustrated at the whole timing issue. With MT and FS I know when cash is needed to the second, I may not know when I'm getting it back (well I do with MT normally) but with AC I have to have cash sitting on the side. Normally this is not an issue as there is so little to invest in, but every so often something comes along. As a result I have to sell a deal early and just wait, while the scrabulator picks away at the cash. I'm not complaining I just think this makes AC unattractive. Basically there is a time value to money and this is not satisfying that. You might not be complaining, but rest assured others have in the past. The current lack of interaction from AC on all user suggested MLIA 'improvements' could well lead one to believe that expectations are being managed ever downwards to the point where 'a snowball's chance in hell' might be offered better odds by Ladbrookes!

For the life of me I can't understand why they don't just wait for a loan to drawdown then give users 24 hours notice (or whatever) before releasing loan units. Would take away all this frustration.

I got zero of loan 368. Why put it in the pipeline at all if your not going to get anything ?! So has anyone managed to actually buy anything on 368? I also got nothing and nothing on the market, so where did it all go!

The QAA selling its holdings in a loan at drawdown is a manually triggered event, sometimes the admin team presses the button before the loan draws so it happens at the same time as draw down however they don't always do that. Best speak to customer services tomorrow as they'll be able to talk to the right people to get stuff to happen.

Its still lurking in the system, showing my Buying order though. Anybody from Assetz care to explain ? It would be helpful if someone from AC -- chris? andrewholgate? -- could at least tell us whether or not there is still some of #368 to be released to MLIAs. That way we'd know whether we need to keep some cash in our accounts to cover our buying orders or whether we'd just be wasting our resources waiting for something that isn't going to happen.

Has anyone asked customer services? I've been in a 2 day board meeting with andrewholgate so haven't had my finger on this pulse. On calls and in meetings all tomorrow as well so cannot chase up. However I will raise the point about how we communicate.

268 finally disributed last night around 11pm happy: Did you mean Loan #368? If so, did you get all you asked for? If not, are you willing to say how much you did get?

I got zero of loan 368. Why put it in the pipeline at all if your not going to get anything ?! Well I did get my fill at 10.58 pm yesterday and also got some more on the SM this morning. Am new here so don't know all the correct procedures yet but it seem someone in admin didn't push the button. I also have an interest in loan #370 so hopefully someone will push the button this time. Thus far its acting the same as #368 so fingers crossed, incidently #369 is the same.

There is always some delay between a loan drawing down and then buy instructions being fulfilled, so a bit of patience goes a long way. Normally a loan that draws down say in the afternoon will have loan instructions processed later that evening/overnight but 368 was an unusually long delay. I see 369 and 370 have both been drawn and buy instructions processed in a timely manner today.

And the - potentially imaginary - turbine loans continue to be blown to the right...If i recall that now makes the predicted date at least 2 weeks on from the original first advertised drawdown.
