15 loans scheduled to drawdown by 30th June. I say 5 at most will actually happen.

15 loans scheduled to drawdown by 30th June. I say 5 at most will actually happen. I originally created the list about a week ago but then pressed the wrong button & deleted it all before posting. I do,however, have a Word copy and of the 13 loans listed then, only 4 havent had their date put back in the intervening period. I would therefore agree with 5 which I think will definately make it, plus 2 others that Id expect to make it and maybe 1 more that might sneak over the line. Still, at worst, 6 (1 already drawn) would be an improvement over the 4 in May and would leave a potential for 11 in July (1 not showing but indicated elsewhere). Deal flow is starting to approach AH predictions (ie there is one)

Is it not the case that "projected drawdown" is an abbreviation of sorts for "the earliest date on which it is even remotely plausible that drawdown could possibly occur"?
One can only hope that the projected losses aren't using a similar philosophy...

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

When we had shadow accounts we were expected to settle bids in 24-48 hours max. Now the underwriters are given 3-5 days.
However, loans #157 and #166 were called last Thursday morning and the expected drawdown is not until this Friday !!!
Why the delay AC?

Hopefully because theyve been listening and are managing expectations. If they draw down Wed/Thurs they have beaten prediction. If there is a delay with funds coming through theyve got an extra day and still hit the prediction. If they had put Thurs or even Wed, then they would get a load of Q&A saying why, when & what the f*** to wade through. Id rather they spent their time answering the more important queries on distressed loans, eg. the ones on K*** that have been ignored for 3 days

OK, the list is back in its full linked glory. Like Michelangelo's Last Temptation in the Sistine Chapel, suitable fig leaves have been applied to obscure its pink, dangly bits and it has been passed as fit for exposure to the masses by His Modiness Ton ⓉⓞⓃ Edit: Apparently unlike the Sistine Chapel the fig leaves will rub off so its Ive redacted it again. Sorry

It seems to me that the onus is on AC themselves to provide URLs that do not in themselves identify the borrower, nor reveal any "private" information to non-logged-in users. Moderation policy has previously banned links to threads on other sites, or news articles which publicly identify borrowers, so a site which publicly expands a URL seems no different (i.e. if this is allowed, links to threads on the FC forum or to articles on a BBC news site should also be allowed, and vice-versa)

Point taken, redacted again. Solved the initial hover problem but not the wider issue. Guess it will have to go in the pink. I tried No need to go pink - just leave off any links where AC have generated an URL that reveals too much information, as before (or all links as you've now done if it's easier). If you include a link to the " upcoming loans" page at the top of the table, it's only 1 extra click.

And #176 AC seems to have disappeared. Yes I had a bid/target set for this and just got am email to say that the plan for the security had fallen thru' as someone involved objected to a 3rd charge.
