New loans to look at: 201 - Llandudno Hotel (actually a re-submission of loan 142) Welsh hotel, borrower currently has IVA, 75% of trade from passing coaches. Get a feeling of deja vu with this one. To be fair it's coach trade by pre-arrangement. Not quite the same thing as hoping passing coaches stop.

Can anyone advise as to the state of #198 BRBSL? There is a repayment schedule in place, and it's not on the "Upcoming Loans" tab: for all intents and purposes it looks to have drawndown? If so, I'm wondering why I did not get bite at all given I have a buy order and funds available.

If you had funds available in your MLIA, and an order to buy, then you should have got something. I wonder if QAA funds got priority ? Scary thought !!!

I had a buy order in place from whenever it first came on the site -- and had money in MLIA to cover it, yet I also got £0.00
Who bought it all?

Surely there must have been a problem with the drawdown process? I've not yet received any of my pre-drawdown order either.

My understanding is that the GBBA doesn't get a look-in until all initial MLIA buy orders are satisfied. If the MLIA buy orders + u/w retentions equal or exceed the loan amount, then the GBBA gets nowt, until someone decides to sell.

I thought that the MLIA/QAA was supposed to get first pickings.
I had money loaded into the QAA and an MLIA buying instruction on 198. I understood that when drawdown occurred it would automatically take money from the QAA
Result - Nada.
Annoyed

I've had nothing either. My MLIA still has the funds I raised for my #198 buying instruction (which is still showing a active). IIRC, something similar happened with the first loan to draw down under the new system (#174), in that there was a significant delay -- a few hours -- between the time the loan was moved from the 'Upcoming' list to the 'Live' list and the time all the allocations were made. The big difference this time is that while #174 was sitting on the Live list with a large amount a parts showing as Available, #198 is showing as having no Units Available. (Now anyway. Did anyone notice whether it showed any parts Available when it first appeared?) AC might have tweaked the system to not show the available parts until after the initial allocations/pre-bids have been dealt with. Another potential difference could be that whereas the amount of #174 pre-bids was low enough that they all were able to be 100% satisfied, #198 is much smaller -- less than 40% of the size of #174 -- so allocation is likely to be necessary. Unless there's been a problem applying that, though, I wouldn't expect that process to delay things more than a very few minutes, if that much. I wonder if chris has returned from holiday yet, and whether he can provide any clarification as to what's happened/happening.

If the MLIA buy orders + u/w retentions equal or exceed the loan amount, then the GBBA gets nowt, until someone decides to sell. With #174, Chris said that the MLIA/GBBA ratio was about 5:1. MLIA orders were satisfied in full, so that doesn't say anything about priority, but I thought he said GBBA/QAA did get a certain amount of priority. I wouldn't expect that an overabundance of MLIA orders would be allowed to shut the GBBA/QAA out completely.

Yup - zero allocation for me too, in spite of having the funds sitting in the MLIA. Has ANYONE been allocated ANYTHING for #198 ?
