It better, Grumps has put on his best frock specially How was the dump? Abandoned due to torrential rain down here. Thats a southern definition, probably akin to a bit of drizzle up there

Actually that lovely image is of my sister, oldfrumpy, I've dated worse. Dam that cheap beer in Weatherspoons on a Friday night.

I QUOTE AC:
Drawdown Update 5th Oct 2015 at 16:50
"All conditions of the loan have been satisfied with drawdown to take place tomorrow."
THEREFORE NO EXCUSE FOR NO DRAW DOWN.
Whilst I appreciate AC taking extra care with due diligence takes time, this is a definite commitment. My firm would have been out of business if I had made delivery promises to my customers and then let them down as often as AC do when it comes to draw downs.

I can't seem to figure out how to ask a question in the new Q&A, it just has a search box, and the option to manage preferences and tick a box doesn't seem to change anything...
Anyone want to ask "Which of the conditions for drawdown turned out not to have been satisfied after all?", or "What changed since Monday?", or similar?

If you tick the box & submit button at bottom it should then show a question entry box at top. Anyway Ive asked the obvious questions, though Ive decided for 9.25 not worth the hassle & topped up SS infinity pool instead.

You don't want to rush these things - besides, it's not like we're going to get much each. Sure, you don't want to rush things, but neither do you want to make definitive statements about the loan drawing down "tomorrow", when some uncertaintly clearly remained! I'm personally only in for a relatively small amount anyway, but I do feel sorry for those who've committed many thousands of pounds on the basis of AC's empty promises.

Maybe the borrower was "unavailable" yesterday having not expected such a quick finalisation. Either it will draw down today, or we will receive an " unfortunately" communication.

OK Loan did draw but we were waiting on confirmation from the lawyers that the purchase completed before the loan was set live. I apologise profusely, we should have made that clear. I hope to be able to set it live soon.

Would anyone care to speculate what the maximum allocation for #205 will be? I'll start by guessing £175. Amazingly, I've just got my full 'bid' of 1k on #205. Wasn't expecting that! Still, a week at 9.25% waiting for #194 is worth nearly two and a half in QAA, I just need to gamble on timing the sale of it now, any guesses??

Yes! Result!
Got 66.6% of what I had asked for, and according to my transactions entry I am getting 18.5% interest I'll be selling some of this when the next drawdown is imminent - using it as a temporary GQAA for a couple of weeks.
