QAA will have it's limit increased soon, possibly tomorrow, which should take its size beyond the current queue size. Just awaiting final sign off. That's brilliant news, chris. It would be great not to have to think about queue position.

My AC loan portfolio continues to ebb away. Completely excluded from underwriting by the QAA (and possibly one or two institutional underwriters such as VPC), it's impossible to hold the portfolio value even constant. I've not been able to secure any decent size loan part from recent draw-downs. Unless we start seeing some proper loan sizes, rather than the current shrapnel and pseudo-FC stuff, I can't see that changing. The positive is that it's forcing me to diversify across platforms and that in turn is causing me to take stock of AC. I think I've been rather blinkered since, at this point, AC really doesn't offer anything that now differentiates it from the rest of the P2B herd. I completely agree and am in exactly the same boat (though not an underwriter). I gave up hoping for the shrapnel and getting more overexposed, which was a good thing as a good number of the loans are not available to us now - hopefully chris will either some day fix a bug or let us know why though i am past caring. Although a pain at first, i have also diversified in to other platforms which at the end of the day is healthy for me, and good as most other platforms dont need the same amount of attention. Some of the recent drawdown distributions have been laughable like that £180ish one a bit ago. 6 months ago i helped set up an account for my daughter, and within about 6 weeks all the targeted loans been filled from the shrapnel, its new investors i feel sorry for as there is no way that would happen today.

209 now has an 'underwriting called' flag on it.

'Underwriting Called' on 119 also. I think this was meant to refer to Loan #199.

209 port talbot drawdown. Small loan ,very very small initial allocation so don't get excited. I got £54.56 The upcoming list shrinks again .... I'm a quite moderate lender, and struggle to reinvest redemptions and repayments, so goodness knows how heavier "operatives" can keep their money on the platform.

The visible list shrinks but AC have stopped showing new entrants until underwriting called so we really don't know anymore. I do hope when they do appear we get a few days for due diligence with staff available to actually answer our questions in a timely manner.

As of today, AC still are expecting #199 to draw down tomorrow. If there are as many lenders wanting a piece of #199 as wanted a piece of #209, then the allocation would be about 5.3 times as much, which would be about £290. If anything, I'd expect the demand for #199 to be greater than that for #209 -- the LTV is lower, the interest rate is higher, and people probably will have money left over that they thought they were going to need for #209. We may be lucky to get £250 each tomorrow. One of the downsides of AC's switch to not showing loans as upcoming until underwriting has been called is that it gives us very little encouragement that anything at all is coming -- and certainly no incentive to keep funds available in anticipation of future loans. We just have to keep our fingers crossed and hope that the pipeline is full and will be producing jam tomorrow.

Ey-up!!! Four (or is it three?) of the loans have disappeared from the upcoming loans list! (Including today's expected Galashiels drawdown). Ah! Galashiels 199 has drawn down. Thanks AC So out of the £950K loan #199 I was allocated £40.24* Was it worth waiting for, I cry?! I've got a four figure sum to deal with now, but at least it is in QAA while I sulk think what to do.
Never mind. Tonight is curry night
* Does that mean AC has shared the loan between 23,608.349 lenders?

No. Presumably the underwriters would have retained quite a reasonable chunk. Then the QAA will have taken some and then the GBBA. Still though, if the £40.24 is right (which is what i have been allocated) then it must have been split between several thousand lenders I would have thought.

I can't see certain people hanging around on this platform to invest £40+ at a time. I've done more on FS this week than AC.
