(well, not quite, the IT didn't work yet again) Just want to refute it being an IT issue. The bulk email sender had run out of credits (I believe the registered card had expired) so the emails were queued but not sent. Accounts sorted yesterday afternoon.

Mr H sent out a load of emails and forgot to put another shilling in the meter.

185 E***-E*** Group Ltd Loan #3: "Drawdown is estimated to be at the end of July. Please note that drawdown will be contemporaneous with drawdown of two other loans to the same Borrower via Assetz Capital"
But no sign yet of loans #1 and #2. I guess they'll be 183 and 184 then.

Funds for both F(CQH) and F(DMH) were called today (well, not quite, the IT didn't work yet again) so there shouldn't be any further slippages on drawdown. So the Underwriters only have something like two days to get their @ducks in a row for both F(CQH) and F(DMH)? When we had Shadow bids it was longer than that wasn't it... Your wish was their command. Both drawdown's for #167 & #168 slipped to the 7th July now. #180 is now 17 July. If ilmoro pops back in it looks like his table needs updating already. In edit: seems delayed drawdown on # 180 was announced on 26 June anyway - guess not too many here are tracking that one .

Doomed I tell you, doomed It's an interesting choice of word given that it means "existing or occuring in the same period of time" (the online dictionary example of correct usage being that Buddha and Pythagoras were contemporaneous) rather than "happening at the same time", which would be "simultaneous". Strictly speaking, the entire AC loan portfolio is contemporaneous.

Whichever one they use, on previous occasions the result has been neither simultaneous or contemporaneous; hence, my cheeky suggestion that AH should ban their use as they were being misused. Dangerous practice in legal & financial documents or comms IMHO

Well done and thank you, Assetz Capital, for adding the "UNDERWRITING CALLED" flag on the UPCOMING LOANS page! This should provide a believable indication that drawdown is truly imminent.

Like you I sold some units to ensure enough funds, and am pretty fed up with the latest AC debacle, justified or not. It was an adverse search result which one might argue should be carried out twice, if it can lead to these kind of upset's at this stage.

So AC knew on 3 July, but didn't tell me. Meanwhile I moved funds on 6 July, which are now earning nothing (a four figure sum was already earning nothing, waiting since last week for a 3 July drawdown). Mmm!
