Don't forget 240. A chunky 9.5%, although 'the asset quality here is acknowledged to be relatively basic' (whatever that means).
Can anyone work out where the original debt came from. Did they borrow £750k many years ago to finance the purchase of properties now worth £708k?

Have the documents been on AC for a while, or have I seen it elsewhere? Update: it must have been on AC for a while - I recognise the details, and no one else puts in that much detail.

Woo... Another WT has emerged from the AC pipeline. Has a target of Wednesday to draw down. Those folk with idle cash in GIEA will hopefully get a piece and I assume some will be on the mlia also.
Now just to work out if I should set a target...

New wt did not attain sufficient rotational propeller speed to take off on schedule yesterday. No update so i guess it will be later today.Hope this performance issue does not result in longer time output issues as in so many others.

241 Wind Turbine has drawn down. Got £1260.10
(Edit, just realised that represents all the cash I had available at the time of drawdown, so likely the max was greater.)

What was interesting about the new wind turbine was that I asked for £1000 and got £999.9999999999999999999999999999999999900000. chris, I can see why you can get funky numbers post the decimal point as you pick up shrapnel on MLIA, but on a new loan draw down that strikes me as a bit odd. Am I missing something?

It seems the spread of demand was limited, with only 20% goung to MLIA, yet £1260.10 being allocated (my request was a bit under that so I got my full dose). With so many prospective loans being 7%-9% I would have thought more would have gone to this (one of the last?) wind turbines at 9.75% as a useful cash holding investment, fairly easily tradeable.

Am I missing something? on the road (stopped at service station) so hard to explain fully but you don't hold £1000 of the loan. The system stores it as the decimal fraction of the loan - I.e. £1000 / loan amount. In this instance that fraction most likely won't round out to a nice even amount so the system can't accurately represent £1000 interested in the loan. You will only have been billed for the amount it can represent.

registerme Pay up. Do not pass Go. (better hold on - Brackers has discovered a legal technicality - I'd better let you off ) (Just noticed my allocation has been billed similarly short, but as I asked for £1200, my account goes to 36 dp rather than 35 (before the zeros start). Brackers, what's your fee for informing me of what I am owed?

As an extremely modest investor up to now i have never failed to get my full requested allocation of loan parts in a new loan , so my not getting £50 in 242 today was a shock, i was a bit hot and cold over this one but it must be better than i understand £49.25 that missing 75p is going to erk.Somebody put a old crustation out of his misery go on sell me that 75p.

Hang on i see loads of loan parts available maybe i did not have enough dosh , sorry will go away and hide ,um but that means maybe my cool response to this loan is shared by many and ive made a mistake.ON the other hand the lack of any choice to invest in, stagnant after market feels on long time ago so we will see.

It might be an idea to keep your target set to £50 as some may sell out seeing such as a small allocation. But it might also be that there are still u/wers to sell... my target was £500 but I didn't have that amount available.
