Ah ok thanks. Let me look into that as I thought that it had been tested out but may be a slight glitch that we can sort asap. Sorry - I realised what you meant at about 4am and just got online. phlitb

You are indeed correct phlitb . Sorry about that - it's a bit irritating (/a lot) as that calculation is complicated due to factoring in accrued interest and I thought that it was balance-tested against the existing bid. It seems that the developers managed the complicated bit and not the easy bit. I'll put that in as something to resolve.

Good Morning
Firstly the new site looks great, I am sure once we have used it a few times it will be an easy site to use.
I think there is a glitch with the Dashboard, yesterday when I logged on my dashboard said funds currently lent £0 interest earned £33.97. I have £2000 lent on ATR 42-500 @11% but I guess it does not show up in the funds currently lent because it has not drawn down yet? maybe we could have a Funds waiting for drawdown total.
To test the platform I deposited £100 via card which all worked fine, I then bought £130 worth of ATR 42-500 @10% again all worked fine. But this morning my dashboard now says Funds currently lent £130 interest earned £4.33. £4.33 is too much interest showing on £130 and where has the other £33.97 gone?
If there are going to be more ATR 42-500's maybe they could be numbered for easy identification.

Hi ilmoro . Can you elucidate more on the email with the illogical content (or fwd it to me at firstname.lasname@ablrate.com ) ? . There's a couple of notifications that look a bit "techie-written"that we are getting on top of. re. prices on secondary market, I am reluctant to do more than have a cap and floor to act as a sanity check. I am pretty confident that we will soon start to see enough liquidity that sensible prices will outweigh those that are "speculative" and that is how I want it to be. Ideally we'd like to see 99.95 - 100.05 in a couple of k per side and as people grow more confident we will get closer to that. And yes - on-site notifications binned (but obviously you can see stuff in your financial statement). Ive PM'd you the relevant email. Yes cap & floor is all thats needed. Is there one? Whats it set at? Under My Account history there is a appears to be a statement option for Secondary Trades. Whats it supposed to show? Ive bought a few bits, which appear in the Financial Account statement but theres nothing showing under Secondary. Shouldnt there be ?

75 - 125 is the accepted range to limit errors on price. Will look at secondary trades not appearing (though If processed it will show in your financial statement).

I have the same problem with the dashboard as indy - my capital lent or bid on that aircraft, or fallen between the two, does not appear on the dashboard. Just the interest. Rather disconcerting to find your capital gone. I am doing nothing until that problem is fixed, at least. Please report the fix here.

ablrateandy - is it possible to invest in any loans (apart from the SM) on the new platform or do we have to wait?

Indy, blender - The loan doesn't appear in 'funds lent' because it hasn't closed ye. We wanted to leave it to close on the platform and that will be next week. We are going to change how that is displayed, but under usual circumstances the loan would close almost immediately (and they are not technically lent until a loan closes). However, just in case we have loans that take a few days to close we will look to display things better. Will review with the developers in the week.
Indy - had a look at your account and we found the issue, which is how the interest earned is displaying. Its not a massive fix, so we will get that done and let you know.
We are aware of an issue on the SM where the system is checking available balance twice when which is throwing up an error in some cases - the flow of the trade is working correctly, with the correct accrued being paid etc and we know where the fix needs to be to sort the error.
Locutus - we wanted this short period for bedding down, new loans will be going up next week.

Just to be clear too, if you go into Bids on New Lians your bids on the unclosed loan show there. It's just that it is not combining with the secondary bids in the Current Bids field.

Yes I know if I click the active bids link I can find it, but why is the active bids amount on my dashboard zero? Surely my capital must be somewhere in Available Funds, Active Bids or Funds Currently Lent? The dashboard is not much use if these three do not add to my total funds.

I think ablrate observed earlier in a thread that it is highly unusual to have a loan that is "Pending Borrower Approval" for a few days. In this case, it isn't lent because the loan is not yet officially accepted, nor is it available, because it is already pledged. The Current Bids total is currently only showing the total of Secondary Bids placed by the user. I think, as acknowledged above, we will make a change whereby Bids on New Loans are combined in with that total so that "Current Bids" = "Current Secondary Bids" + "Bids on New Loans". It is on our list of things to address.

I have bid on a loan and it should be in my bids until it either goes to lent or available, never disappear into limbo. There is a blue doughnut which does have the capital sum with the last part of the title 'e (refinance)'. I have been to 'my profile' and find that someone has entered the same strange mobile number in both telephone number and mobile number. Who alters my profile, other than me? Should I call the number and find out?

Hi blender, As I have said, the bids issue is being addressed. The telephone number issue is one that arose as part of the migration and is also being addressed.
