What is the scope of the new forum intended to be?
Clearly it should cover p2p / p2b lending in the UK, but what about outside the UK, and what about equity crowdfunding?
My personal view is it should cover all p2p / p2b lending that can be done by UK lenders worldwide, but specifically excluding the US because of litigation risk.
I'm neutral on equity crowdfunding, other than to say again I'd keep out of the US.
