£910,000 > £773,500

and now has 70 days to run..... interesting way to do it.... That would suggest that some has been held back for 90 days worth of interest

Am I going mad  ? PBL040 is in live loans right now ! (with zero availability at the moment). I can't see it as having been repaid ?  edit - OK - crossed with the great dude !! |

When the farms were partially repaid were they moved to Repaid first before the new capital amount was reinstated on Available loans? Sadly correct. Even worse, I have to buy it now to comply with my diversification methodology.

Between 12:27 and 13:51 my internet connection was down.
During that time (12:27 to 13:51) PBL040 was moved from live loans to repaid loans as was noted earlier in this thread.
After that the following PBL040 events were observed in the live loans list (I do not monitor the 'repaid' or 'default' lists):
10/02/2017 13:56:58, PBL040, New Live Loan
10/02/2017 13:57:22, PBL040, Removed Live Loan
10/02/2017 14:05:22, PBL040, New Live Loan
10/02/2017 14:11:33, PBL040, Live Details Changed: Days from -110 to 70
10/02/2017 14:19:54, PBL040, Live Details Changed: Days from 70 to 120
I was certainly confused as to what was happening.
Things seem to have settled down again for this one.
Presumably, amongst all this, the investors were paid back their share?
And we are back to uncertainty!

I held £250 of PBL040 and got the email about a partial repayment at 14:20 this afternoon. As expected a £212.50 loan part fund (85% of 250) appeared in my transactions, but there hasn't been a corresponding £250 loan part sale to bring me back into credit. Have I misunderstood something?

Maybe removing it from the live loans list was (a hack) to lock transactions so the repayment run could be done on a known loan set. Good call... I can't come up with anything better.
From an I.T. perspective, it certainly makes sense.
