Welcome to the forum pegoferreiro. You almost certainly have better local knowledge than I do, but I formed the opinion, based on a short visit to the Lisbon area, that a lot of property was unoccupied, suggesting a moribund property market. Do you have reason to suppose that it is an attractive investment proposition at the moment? |
