Given some of you clearly have access to the CCJ data (as said above) would be useful if a thread is created and new data inserted on ccj once available with the loan number and the ccj seen. Of course the poster might do it after selling his own parts.... but still it is better than not knowing at all (FC has still not posted this information and we are now towards the end of February).

We will now apparently have a single borrower with, if the latest offer is accepted, two outstanding FC loans with different risk-bands (D and now E).

Didn't want to start a new thread .............
Did anyone else notice that 21020 D/60mths recently rejected -
" FC Comment: This loan has been rejected as the borrower's funding requirements have been delayed. Thanks, FC. Tue 22nd March 17:32 "
was to the same R** I.T S******* LTD that bidding ended on on Lending Crowd on 18/3 ? Not yet accepted though I think?
Guess they're simply looking for the best rate..........

Well yes, but we don't have the luxury of deciding, after the 'auction' closes, that 'nope, actually I think I'll lend that money out on SS instead .. go look elsewhere for your funds'.
