Currently 5 moderately sized loans (50-120K) only 80% filled after one day of being listed. When did that last happen? Is it the weather or are we seeing a change?

The megaflippers who would previously have dived in to them are currently attempting to digest a surfeit of Es.

Yep, quite a bit of money stuck in 'closed at MBR' Es which may never draw down, and then a recent surfeit of loans of all types .. running well above the average new loan listing numbers for much of last week. Plus a couple of huge (new record maybe?) property loans which have soaked up a lot of autobid money, and are still in no danger of filling any time soon. If this keeps up we may see splashback again?

There are now a couple of SME loans still less than 100% filled after 48 hours. When did that last happen? I'm hoping we may get a few "filled at last" early closers at good rates!

Yep, quite a bit of money stuck in 'closed at MBR' Es which may never draw down I've just looked at the SM - looks like almost all of those Es did draw down... Premiums are down to 0.8% on a few of them now. There's some very choked-up flippers, I'd bet.
