As noted elsewhere SS have introduced a new 'Loan Update' tab for each loan. It seems to be a bit of a work in progress though as many loans do not have an update. There is a 'date' and 'detail' column and for other loans the information is dated 08/07/15, and mirrors information in the updates from what I can see. it's useful to have this information on site, but I hope savingstream it is not going to regard this as a replacement for the weekly update as the problem that immediately springs to mind is that it is neither flagged nor sortable - I don't fancy having to wade through each loan I'm into (most) just to find out what (if anything) has changed. i have also noticed (think they appeared yesterday) some large blue background '?' marks on the 'Overview' tab under 'Security value' and 'Max term remaining'. They do nothing when I click/hover, not sure what they are about. |

I get a pop-up when hovering over the ? simply stating;
Security value - "Security values are independently verified by a qualified and indemnified surveyor in the class of asset"
Max term remaining - "Loans may be repaid at any point. Upon repayment your funds (plus accrued interest) are made available for withdrawal or reinvestment."

I like the new Loan Updates tab as long as it is in conjunction with the weekly update. It brings all of the loan info together in one place. But I hope it does indeed get updated unlike the Pipeline Loans tab which seems to be stuck in limbo even though other new loans have been and gone.

Would the 'loan updates' tab be better on the 'live loans' overview page rather than in individual listings?
It could look very similar to the usual loans list, but instead of 'drawndown' 'asset value' etc. Just one column with the latest info that normally comes in email form (which would be rendered redundant?).

Might get a bit unwieldy with lots of text on the loans list, but they could add a column to the loan list page with the date of the latest update on it, and keep the new tabs for the details.

Why are they fiddling with the existing site? I thought they were due to launch brand new platform to replace it.

Why are they fiddling with the existing site? I thought they were due to launch brand new platform to replace it. That is exactly what I was wondering too. Unless the 'all new' platform looks exactly like the old one and this is it
