I’ll complete the survey and say my piece but it will be a case of “some fell on stony ground” where FC is concerned. Excuse my cynicism but I’ve seen this all before even in my own background of manufacturing where someone comes up with the bright idea of actually consulting customers in the name of customer service and then, when the customer tells it like it really is, the initiative is quietly shelved.

I haven't looked at it. I completed the last survey and told them exactly what needed to be addressed regarding communication, default actions, and explaining apparent anomalous risk banding decisions on the actual listings. I'd only repeat the same things.

I am not being cynical when I say, "just an exercise in appearing to care about the punters and to hide genuine but ignored criticism".

Done and done. During my day job I work through Customer comments once a month and compile nice reports for the Directors and Senior management team. I can safely say most if not all comments are disregarded and no attempts are made to adjust the business model or processes accordingly. Time and Cost restraints don't make them desirable or practical.
