Withdrawals are managed as a manual process, as opposed to the automatic deposit process, so I imagine your funds will arrive (by Faster Payments) sometime today. Thanks SteveT May take a little longer if this is your first withdrawal and the account needs to be verified as part of our anti-money laundering process. But usually withdrawals are processed at the end of the working day and received into your account early the next morning.

Is there a problem with the FP system ? The last 3 times I've sent a deposit it hasn't been credited for several hours. Currently waiting 8 hours.
Edit: 5 mins after this posting it's suddenly cleared my FP. I hope AC get a refund for an expensive service which isn't reliable.

The bank had some issues over the weekend that I thought had cleared up yesterday. I've just given our system a kick so that it disconnects and reconnects to the bank and it's imported a handful of transactions in doing so. Hopefully yours is amongst them otherwise you may need to speak to customer services in case your funds haven't been received by our bank. They can check on the online statement separately to our integration.

Anyone else having problem withdrawing from AC? Made a request yesterday and got the standard email (tell us if this was not you). Earlier I checked and nothing received so I emailed AC to chase. Not even an acknowledgement and still no money. 24 hours for withdrawal is not great but acceptable. Any longer getting silly! Hopefully will come in overnight.

Came in overnight but no email notification. All a bit unlike AC - normally very efficient.

If your original withdrawal request was made after 12 noon on Tuesday then that's as per the normal AC timetable. Requests made after 12 noon are ignored until the following morning, then repaid overnight. Your email will arrive sometime this morning (9-ish ?)
