Just gone live. Farmhouse in Dorset. 70% LTV (although site initially said 80% in error).
£500,000 of £1.4m seems to have been pre-funded.
Edit: And if the valuation/LTV doesn't immediately seem obvious, it's because the loan appears to be secured only on the main house and bungalow, not the total including the holiday accommodation and equestrian facilities (see 17.0 Lotting)

Now one investor has just dropped in 3 amounts totaling just over £100k. This looks real. Same guy/gal that stuck £95k into PBL37 if I'm not mistaken.

Still showing as £380k available so there was no rush  Seems to be a lot of smaller investments being made now <£200 |

You're right Paulgul, no rush. My 'lucky' above just meant I happened to be on the site at the time. In fact I haven't picked up any of this one yet. With a loan of this size it will take around 24 hours to fill and after that there will probably be a reasonable turnover on the SM for anyone that missed out.
