Holy smoke, you've been busy! This means I can get to all the loans I've not bought into; very useful and many thanks.
There's currently just one shaded blue (7276113864) and no red ones. Is that correct?

Holy smoke, you've been busy! This means I can get to all the loans I've not bought into; very useful and many thanks. Thats the reason I stated keeping a record, thought I might as well share. Hard to keep track of trains, books and property. Need to add in combined LTV values on multi-tranche loans. There's currently just one shaded blue ( 7276113864) and no red ones. Is that correct? Within the criteria yes, as there aren't many borrowes with multiple loans where one has defaulted. May be more but Im not aware of them, quite difficult to follow linked loans at times. Question is whether to leave defaults in the list after recovery for statistical purposes, seperate list at bottom maybe.

Unfortunately I have been asked to delete the list.
Funding Secure are fast tracking a new feature which will allow registered users to see all past loans even if they havent invested in them. I just jumped the gun and gave them a prod.

I just jumped the gun and gave them a prod. Don't think you jumped the gun but at least your hard work got some action on that front. Now all they need to do is 'mask' the lenders names like MT and SS do.

Unfortunately I have been asked to delete the list. ilmoro: May I ask what reason FS gave for asking you to withdraw your list? I don't remember seeing any 'confidential' data exposed. And if you could compile the list, then any other investor could have done similar work -- all you've done is save them the trouble until FS make the data available on their own website.

Just to update.
All registered users now have access to all current and past loans, under the investment link.
This is fully sortable and searchable.
More details will be in the newsletter, together with information on other site improvements and additions.

That was quick. Will have to find something else to list now (is there a listaholics anonymous?), I missed about a dozen loans. Quick perusal shows over 10% loans have defaulted, more than I would have thought despite the recent flurry, though would have to look at each one to see recovery rate. fundingsecure have you considered changing 'default' status to 'recovered' where applicable (full recovery) as it would give a better impression on first glance
