chris , following the email this morning concerning #123 North London, I have just re-enabled my previously set investment target of £0 (vs a current 4 figure holding) yet I haven't had to tick the "I have seen and understood ...." box to (apparently) achieve this. Is this behaviour as you would expect ?

#143 C** whirlygigs to be tradeable from 12pm Tues 25/8. LTV increased due valuation amendment as lower FIT rates. Not GEIA eligible as a result (& presumably monitoring event anyway)

Not GEIA eligible as a result (& presumably monitoring event anyway) Does this mean that the GEIA algorithm will try to off-load any #143 for GEIA accounts? I can't see it selling very quickly, given the size, rate and especially the LTV.

Haven't looked into the specifics of this loan though.
