My nomination for the most annoying advert ever! Or is there one less likely to attract customers to a business? I could not agree more, I just don't get it! I'll add to that my own least liked car ad style, which is cars with Latino names or cars with x, z or q's in their name being driven through glitzy, rain soaked, neon lit, plate glass reflected EMPTY city streets at night. Also fed up with mis-selling PPI claims ads, injury at work and medical mishaps claims...etc etc zzzzzzzzz.... How about all time favourite ads? Baby Oleg, anyone?

My all time favourite as below was the Rimmel (Kate Moss) advert. Shows just how persuasive advertising can be when any manufacturer believes that adding the line "20 out of 99 women agreed" that the product lasted 12 hours would not harm their marketing. Not the first or last time I have seen these 'below average' lines on beauty product adverts and still find it amazing that the Advertising Standards Authority upheld the claim that the advert was 'not misleading'

Favourite - gorilla on the drums doing Phil Collins riff. Could that be one of this forum’s contributors in his youth perhaps?

Best advert ever - www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CIORN9pIg4Worst advert ever - www.youtube.com/watch?v=SODOsa7P-g8The food ad is so simple yet so effective. I still remember it despite it being about 9 years old. That van ad though. It makes my blood boil. I can't stand it. I have to mute it or change the channel asap. It's a vomit-inducing pile of steaming dog poo. I'd love to have words with the person who made it. As for the Moneysupermarket ad, I don't really understand what it has to do with insurance but I don't mind it. If a man wants to wear high heels and flaunt his backside, why shouldn't he? Do whatever makes you feel comfortable and happy with yourself.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

The problem here is the more annoying an ad is, you are more likely to remember the product!

Any ad which claims its pointless cosmetic product is "clinically proven". Do they mean the local STD clinic?
