If that's the right place(I think it is, in part at least), then that is a big uplift from the £380k original value. Also a low LTV for holder of the debt. Edit: Are we allowed to post links

Edit: Are we allowed to post links It might include out security but our security is nothing to do with the 5 bedroom house. And, links are not allowed (despite it being to an open domain website ...). You might want to remove it silvermachine before you get in trouble with the MODs

Heading out to Eaglesham today so might take a wee drive by of this property and see if it has been renovated.
I had a look at it when it was for sale previously, but thought it too much of a project at the time. Might be interested if it goes into default again!

The cottage still looks very dilapidated from the outside. There was a car parked so didn't go and peak in.

Now here's something I've not seen before:
At 13:08 today, PBL046 had a term 'reduction': It's remaining term went from -202 to -219.
I guess it's now officially 17 days 'more defaulted' than it was.
Actually, for a brief second or two, the remaining term read -736402 days. (I expect that in the LfSS system, they enter an 'end of term' date. In editing, if the 'end of term' date is edited in a text box, it is possible that briefly, during edit, the 'end of term' date would be misinterpreted - the figure -736402 equates to an end date of 28-Jan-0001* so this seems likely.)
* using Microsoft's .NET Framework DateTime class to calculate a -736402 day offset from today.

A good result again, but unfortunately too small to make much of a dent in the SM.

Hi Vmail, yes, apologies for that. It works from the photograph but not the title.
