The pipeline has proven to be very inaccurate. Most of the recent loans have not appeared in the pipeline. They should probably just get rid of it and keep the focus on bringing new deals to market.

The pipeline has proven to be very inaccurate. Most of the recent loans have not appeared in the pipeline. They should probably just get rid of it and keep the focus on bringing new deals to market. Not even in the list in the irregular updates either these days. Doesnt really matter as pending loans was always on really an indication of deal flow not of when they would hit the platform. @nancelot Only way to be sure is to be signed up to the text alerts (phone to hand) . Nice of SS to give a heads up on this one on forum yesterday but thats unusual.

ilmoro Yes indeed, that's how I came across PBL46, what I like about SS is they allow us to invest in loan without the need to have cash sitting online

The previous day's notice on the forum enabled keen investors to prepare their purchasing positions, but as no launch time was given we didn't have the server access / overload problems which have occurred on some of the previous small loan launches. Result - a very smooth launch with a lot of small investors getting a bite.

Not this one. I was still in bed I was wide awake, but I missed out too. I'm getting increasingly hacked off at SS's refusal to use caps with these smaller PBL's as they did with some of the boats.

Agree with you on the caps' point. I got the text sound when I was in the land of 'just about to wake up from a sleeping daze'-truth be told I thought it was work contacting me on my day off as usual & ignored intiially till 10 mins later, saw it, logged in & it was gone by then. I'm not bothered as such at missing out but that's beside the point. SS should introduce rules & standardise them on each & every loan to be fairer to all their lenders
