Anyone else having any problems?
Yesterday morning I put a £5k clip of loan004b up for sale. My account balance went down by the £5k, in the selling/loans parts tab it says I have sold 98.7% of the part but I have zero in my cash balance. I also have nothing in my transactions list and on the loans list it says zero funding available.
theres definitely something wrong and it's rather concerning. I emailed SS straight away but no reply - usually I get a reply within the hour.....

Don't worry, BG. Money does not appear in your account before your part has been sold completely.

I bought a small part 5 minutes ago. You're right that it has all gone now.

Well I just bought the £30 that was available to wipe it all up so my £5k would appear but it hasn't. It now says I have sold 99.9% of the loan part but there is nothing available on the market!

bg Is it now into your account? I had noticed it as well, but money was added to my balance instantly when all the parts were sold. Will be very nice if savingstream: 1. Continued paying interest till the whole part was given back to you, 2. Updated balance as and when a part is sold.

It's annoying as I bought a clip of the latest loan and i don't want to have to transfer this additional £5k in (not least because this is reducing my confidence in SS).

Ah right, but why then is there nothing available to buy? It's most likely a well know glitch that they are trying to solve with a new website. If two (or more) people have the invest screen open and submit at the same time the amount available can go negative, if it's not rectified the next person to list some for sale won't have all their part showing as positive availability. It usually requires an email to support@savingstream.co.uk and ask for it to be rectified, include the loan ID given in the for sale confirmation email for a speedy resolution. Can take anything from an hour to a couple of days depending on when the email is read for it to be resolved.

You could try re-selling that £30 loan part and buying it back again. That may clear the £5k and just leave the £30 stuck.

You could try re-selling that £30 loan part and buying it back again. That may clear the £5 and just leave the £30 stuck. Have just done that, will see what happens....

I sold 2 £100 loan parts yesterday but have only received the cash for one. On my "Repaid/Sold Loans" list they're both showing as sold, but on my transactions list only one is showing, hence not in my account. Emailed them yesterday but no response/action yet.
