Well not directly related to the discussion above but my partner has a bit of an issue following the cancellation of PBL41, she placed a bid on the morning of the cancellation (!) and unlike my cancelled bid which was returned with interest hers is still outstanding. Awaiting a response to a 'contact us'.

And for all SS investors -- including me -- as it provides further reassurance that SS can recognise the problems and correct them reasonably promptly, even if they don't feel it's necessary to reply to lenders' emails. I'm really looking forward to the new website which is supposed to solve this 'vanishing cash' issue. Bring it on!

Anybody else got an outstanding issue?
Looking at my partners account after yesterdays scrum I note her transactions/loans still shows paid in = £X whilst live loans show £X-£100 but the account balance is zero. As I posted earlier this is related to the cancellation of PBL41 last week.
Whilst this is not a major issue in pure cash terms, I am in the process of convincing my partner to keep investing my her cash and glitches such as this are making my task far more difficult!
We have both sent 'contact us' emails but so far no response ........

Thanks for bearing with us. Please remember, we are a small team in an incredibly dynamic market place. Glitches are to be expected.
Please also remember that you are receiving 1% per month interest; the more complicated we make it, the more dependent on tech, the less return can be expected in the long run to pay for it.
We are not a bank, and do not have the resources or infrastructure that a bank has to support it.
Thanks for investing with Saving Stream.

We have both sent 'contact us' emails but so far no response ........ At the risk of stating the obvious, mentioning something you have already done, or teaching grandmothers to suck eggs (duck ones I guess ); did you include the loan ID in your query, SS tend to sort things out quicker when they have this info. Whilst presumably you won't find this in either your Live or Repaid Loans lists, you should find it in your transaction history for the date of purchase. Did you receive a support request number by email from SS? If you did try sending a reminder reply to that email, and if you didn't email SS directly on 'support @ savingstream.co.uk' and you should be sent a reply email with a support request number. In my experience it's unusual for SS not to have sorted this by now, even if they don't specifically email to tell you so, so perhaps it was simply overlooked and a reminder will do the trick. in Edit: oops x'd with SS themselves, hope they've sorted it for you, and yes, despite their lean team they generally do an excellent job.

I think we will keep that one! In fairness to SS, so far, yes I myself have had issues here & there. I tend to send an email & the most it ever took to sort (barring one isolated incident last year) has been 24-48 hours. And mostly just 24 hours. Keep up the good work.

Thanks savingstream for coming on line.
Fully understand the situation and to be clear I'm only mentioning the matter here because I want to help out sorting glitches where possible. It was an odd situation in as much as the bid was placed around the time of the cancellation of the loan (probably within an hour) so not a normal situation. For me the cancellation of PBL41 and subsequent transactions worked perfectly.
