We have today cancelled the loan secured against a property in Newark.
Unfortunately the borrower has been taken seriously ill and is currently in hospital.
As this loan was still being funded, all bidders have been notified by email and all funds returned.
Our thoughts are with the family, we hope for a speedy recovery.
