Twice today I've had loans on my watch list that suddenly disappear from the Lending Requests list once within 1-2 hours of closing. I can find them in my watch list, but if I try to click in to see the detail it takes me to the main Lending Requests list. Anyone else seeing this, or seen it before?

If you post the numbers I'll see what I know about them (I almost always have had at least one bid in).
If FC 'pull' the auction for whatever reason (c*ck up, normally) then it can happen that nobody can look at the old request though.

The two were: Property Expansion Loan - A+ Consumer Services, North West - 14340 Expansion And Growth Loan - A Manufacturing and Engineering, South East - 14359

359 closed (early) with a few 11.6%s still in. Not yet been accepted or rejected.
340 was one of those I didn't care to bid on, but I assume it went (fixed rate) and is sitting waiting to draw down.

14340 closed with a top rate of 8.9%. In pre-agreement.

340 - You're right - me bad. Saw 'property' in the title and assumed it was fixed rate, whereas actually it was a real auction, albeit one that got too low for my taste (so I probably did have some bids in at one point).

Anyone know what has happened to 14670, off the loan request list, not ended, still got cash tied to it? Any thoughts?

Anyone know what has happened to 14670, off the loan request list, not ended, still got cash tied to it? Any thoughts? It has closed early (now pre-agreement) with bids up to 13.1% still in. I had a bit in at 12.9%, so fingers crossed it draws down!

Just a note though, the low level of loans, with people away on holiday and the excitment over at the E end of the business does seem to have stimulated a whole bunch of early enders at the A+, A & B end, ye-haa. |

14663A just ended a few hours early and was drawn down immediately with bids up to 12.1%.

And 14654A ended some time ago, and is still ended (but not drawn down) with 13.5%s still in.
