Has anyone else noticed a distinct drop in sales in the last couple of days? My parts were flying out at the end of last week and on Saturday. Yesterday and today, I'm now trying to sell the really juicy parts that I didn't particularly want to sell simply to turn over some cash to reinvest. Failing miserably.

Yes, much the same scenario here. Perhaps Autobid broke again, although I've had very few sales at a premium either.

I’ve just sold several parts of an A+ early finisher with a 3% mark up within 5 minutes of offering them.

From the FC stats: All time total lent £736M Total trades £118M
So I would guess that the majority of loan parts are held to term (or early repayment or default). This forum's membership is of course in no way representative of the generality of FC lenders.

Opps. Deleted the wrong post. My question was, does the average lender keep their loan parts to the duration of the loan and therefore how important is the secondary market for liquidity vs making a profit Thank you Blender for the reply. KT

Secondary market trades value was consistently in the 20-25% range (of total originations) but appears to have dropped back since the launch of property loans in particular. If you have the right loan part/price proposition the buyers are still there.
